I joined DAMM in February 2017, looking for new challenges. Having experience with TETRA from Formula 1, I wanted to be part of a technical environment to develop my skills. As a solutions manager, I enjoy working with international customers and support our partners worldwide. I really like the open-minded and friendly working environment at DAMM. It's almost like Greece!
Inge Koch/Production staff
I started working in the production at DAMM in 1989 and am one of the longest-serving employees. During my time here I’ve carried out most functions in the production, but am now mainly working with circuit boards. Work never gets boring – and if it does, we can always talk to our foreman about switching functions or learning new skills, which is a real treat! So is the great relationship I have with my colleagues – they're like a second family!
